I was Marketing Manager of the Deejays & Vinylphiles Club, one of UC San Diego's biggest music groups. From November 2024 to June 2026, I owned how the club looked: the brand, every poster, and the videos.
This is a role, not one project. It's about keeping one look across very different events.
Problem
Campus music clubs blur together, so we picked a lane and owned it.
We went all in on electronic dance music and vinyl. That choice drove every visual I made. When a DVC post hits your feed, you should know it's us before you read a word.
Process
Every event gets a face that matches its mood.
I designed the posters for every event. A nightclub takeover needs very different energy than a club meeting. Each one still had to look like DVC.
Process
I filmed and edited our events into Reels.
Posters get people in the door. Videos keep them close between events. I filmed our sets and cut them into Reels, so each night kept living after it ended.

Reflection
We sold out a 500-person nightclub. Turnout was the real test.
One campaign passed 129,000 views. A crowd that shows up, or doesn't, is a harsher critic than any brief.
When I left, I handed the next team the whole system. A brand that lives in one head leaves when that person does.
